Fees/Financing

First Visit

The fee is $25 per family.  There is no charge for evaluation of any additional family member – this includes parents.

Diagnostic Records

The fee is $210 and due at the time of the visit.

Active Treatment

The cost of active treatment depends primarily on the estimated length of treatment.  Treatment time is usually determined by the severity of the problem.  There are no additional charges for active treatment if the treatment time exceeds the original estimate.  You will be able to discuss fees and payment options during your consultation visit and before treatment begins.

Insurance

We accept most dental insurances.  Not all dental insurance plans include Orthodontic coverage.  It is important to know that Orthodontic coverage rarely covers the entire cost of treatment.

As a courtesy to our patients, we routinely submit insurance claims on their behalf and do everything we can to assist them in utilizing available benefits.  It is very important that we be notified of any changes in insurance so that we may submit the appropriate documentation within the allowable time to receive coverage.  If insurance payments are not received within 90 days, the balance will be transferred to the individual's account.

Payments

We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, personal checks and cash for payment.

Financing

You may choose one of the following available options:

Stort-term financing (if eligible)

  • Initial deposit is required at the beginning of treatment
  • Monthly payments are spread over the course of treatment

Prepaid cash discount

We offer a discount for full payment at the onset of treatment. (If you have insurance, we will offer a discount for payment of your portion of the fee that will not be covered by insurance.)

Statements are sent out each month reflecting the amount due by the first of the following month.  This information is also available online once you log into our patient login section of this website.  We encourage automatic credit cards or ACH draft payments to avoid late fees.  If there is any question or concern, we strongly urge our patients to discuss it with us as soon as possible.
